Hey Pratt!

I absolutely LOVE your attitude! Three cheers for wanting to get your life changed and going in a healthy direction!

You probably know Uny is up past her eyeballs with work, and gets to everybody just as soon as she can. I PROMISE you she will give you some GREAT info to help you get started. :-)

There's a couple of things I KNOW she'll want to get you going on (and I do, too). Here's a link to the products list so you can kinda know what we are referring to:

You don't tell us what you are currently doing, so I'll just assume "nothing," for the benefit of everyone.

First: How is your water supply? If you're still drinking tap water, STOP IT, and go directly to either reverse osmosis filtered or steam distilled water. You need to be drinking pure water, a gallon of it if you can and half your body weight in ounces of water as a minimum.

Second: Buy a juicer and start making your own fruit and vegetable juice every day. You need to drink at least a quart every day. We'll teach you how. Dr. Schulze didn't take anyone on as a patient if they wouldn't buy a juicer. We like Omega, Greenstar, and Champion brands.

Third: Change your diet to either high raw (80/20% raw to cooked) vegan- meaning no animal products at all, and no dairy, or 100% raw vegan- meaning no cooked food at all (again, we'll teach you how), or if your "doctor within" says so, a juice fast. Yay you for doing an OJ fast for almost 5 days. You need to cut out the junk in your diet. I know you know to cut out sugars, but you want to eat fruits, vegetables, grains in their sprouted forms, nuts, and seeds.

Fourth: We put EVERYBODY on Superfood. You'll probably want a double dose (4 tablespoons every day), but Uny can help you decide on that one. Superfood is your lifeblood, especially if you're doing any kind of a juice fast. But everybody drinks a couple of nutritional drinks that I call Supersmoothies every day. You'll be amazed at your energy about a week after starting it. :-)

Fifth: The fun part- start bowel/colon cleansing with Intestinal Formulas #1 and 2. Now, I have to ask you this question- how is your bowel function? If you are not pooping 3 times a day shortly after every meal you eat (hey, we're gonna get to know each other really well on this forum lol), you are constipated. Most Americans are. You need IF#1 to get the ol' Roter Rooter going. You start with ONE capsule the first night, and if you are not just wowed over by your morning BM the next morning, then the second night you take 2 capsules of IF#1. If you don't get fabulous results, then you keep increasing the dosage by one cap a night (with dinner- it can be hard on your stomach otherwise) until you are getting that 3 BM/day result.

Now, a few people are the other way- they are the IBS people, whose bowels are "wunny," as one of my boys called diarrhea when he was little. :-) If you're that way, you don't need IF#1 and can go straight to IF#2 (but IF#2 slows us down, so we might need a bit of IF#1 help anyway).

IF#2 is this WONDERFUL black powder that you stir in some water or juice and drink 5 times a day. It doesn't taste bad at all, but it freaks some folks out because they've never drunk anything BLACK before. But oooohhh, it has these amazing "drawing" properties where the gross toxins are drawn to it like a magnet and it carries the nasties out with it into the toilet. So you want that.

Next, what Dr. Schulze put EVERYBODY on, was Echinacea tincture. This is an immune boosting herb, and I tell ya, Uny's Ech is the BOMB.

Now, since you are worried about your heart, I'd say go ahead and get started on cayenne. You want both the powdered herb and the tincture to carry around with you in your pocket. This, along with garlic you can get at your grocery store, are the Dynamic Duo for getting your circulation going. Uny's cayenne is so hot you will know you're ALIVE when you take it. For garlic, the minimum is 3 cloves a day. 8-9 is better.

Uny will probably start talking to you about hawthorne berries for your heart. I'm drinking hawthorne berry tea. It's easy to make and it tastes pretty good.

Also you'll want a good exercise program- an hour of working up a sweat doing whatever is fun for you, and probably start thinking of yoga for stretching and flexibility plus deep breathing. Do you get out in the sun much? Spend as much time out there as you can, but if you burn easy like I do, then work up from say, 10 minutes, and add a couple of minutes each day. Sunburns are NOT cool.

I think finally (from me), start doing hot/cold contrast showers every day. Do at least one, and two is better. You just get the shower water to your favorite temp, jump in, and turn the hot on as hot as you can stand it for a minute. You can get the water all over you or concentrate on your "sick" areas. After a minute, you slam off the hot and slam on the cold and do all kinds of gasping and hollering for a minute of ice cold water running all over you. Then you add your hot back and turn down your cold, back to as hot as you can stand it. You do seven reps of this, for a total of about 15 minutes. You want a way to get off coffee? Do these every morning. You won't need coffee. lol

What this does is get your circulation going as good as exercise does. When the water's hot, the blood comes to the surface and turns you bright pink. When the water's cold, the blood goes deep into your tissues to warm up your vital organs as best as it can. It's pretty awesome stuff and it really is an effective healing tool.

I don't know much about diabetes, so I can't be much help there. At least not yet.

You can be thinking over these suggestions while you wait for Uny. I am really glad you're here.
