thanks so much for clearing a lot of stuff up for me ..
today is the big day for me ..
I worked pretty much all day yesterday in the garden and working on driveway too ..got a little too much sun (LOL)
and just exhausted myself..
anyways I was resting on the couch for few and just fell asleep ...no poultice no nightly enema ,no juice, no water , no anything.. I awoke this morning fully rested though..
so today is Liver Flush day ..I am going to town as soon as I get off here to get me some distilled water and a plastic colander so I can see what is coming out of me.
gonna get some more lemons too to mix with olive oil..

you are so right .. I just need to do it and get over myself..lol.
I am gonna take the Black-Walnut /wormwood tincture today along with the tea and see how that goes ..
working my way up on the garlic .. I usually take 1 clove at a time mixed with the cayenned tincture and some ginger as it makes me really sick at my stomach.. as far as the taste well that doesn't bother me at all..
really wish I had done the charcoal poultice last night though.. ugh ..I am curious to see what it does..

Oh yeah Uny I did notice the other day in the toilet there were what looked like translucent little wings(half moon things) floating around in there and I am really curious as to what that could be..any ideas?
I haven't seen any liver flukes unless they are in all that black slimy crud I am expelling due to IF ..

Thanks for caring bout me Uny .. I know I can do this ..I just get a little disappointed sometimes when I don't get the results I so desperately am looking for thats all..I will get there though ..
