Hey girl...Re: another ? and more info..
First, let me say welcome to our little forum!
Second, BRAVO to you for posting all of this on the forum for all to learn from and benefit from.
Third, I will tell you straight up that you absolutely WILL GET WELL. No question. *IF* you follow the program the way Dr. Christopher and
Dr. Schulze said to do it.
YOU, dear Anne, get to take responsibility for your own health and healing. YOU get to say, "Dadgummit, I'm TIRED of living a frazzled, trashed out lifestyle, and I'M READY to do whatever it takes to feel FANTASTIC."
Ya know, with some people, we can say "go full steam ahead, blow it out, go for the gold," etc. But with you I'm not sensing that. With you, I think you'd fry like bacon if you tried to do everything all at once.
Uny's going to come check this out, so don't do anything till you hear from her, but I have a couple of ideas for you that are different.
Are you allergic or sensitive to water? Can you put a reverse osmosis filter on your water source, or get a distiller, distill your water, and start drinking a gallon of pure water every day? Or even get a five gallon jug of distilled water in those big blue plastic containers for 5 days a week of outstanding water? Can you just make that one commitment and make it stick? Really work hard at getting that gallon of water drunk every day?
I'm not trying to baby you or (geez) insult you in any way AT ALL. I'm just reading your post and you sound so stressed out that I think trying to put together a full program for you right now would be like nuking Hiroshima. So I'm thinking maybe we want to get you doing ONE thing really well. Get some successes under your belt. Go for winning a hole in one at the putt-putt golf course instead of plopping you on a PGA golf course with the cameras rolling. Know what I mean?
The other thing I'd like to see you do is come up with a daily routine or schedule for your every day living. I have to do that myself as a discipline. I think I've got ADD. My brain goes off on rabbit trails and I have to reel it in. I want to play and party all day, but there ARE chores that have to be done around the house. Maybe I'm off the mark here, but have you ever looked at

It helps me just to know "what do I have to do next?" The reason I'm suggesting this is because I'm a writer, and I notice how people organize their thoughts on paper. You've got a distinct style of writing, Anne. What it's telling me is that you need some peace in your life. You need structure. Solid ground.
So what I suggest, with Uny's approval, are three things for you.
First, I want you to commit to drinking a gallon of pure water every single day until we tell you to add other cool stuff to it. Just get into the habit of drinking water. I don't want to hear a squeak about how you can't possibly drink a gallon of water. You can.
Next, I want you to come up with a daily schedule. A time to do everything you need to do. I want to see a morning routine before work and an evening routine of everything you do from the moment you pull your car into the driveway. Email it to either Uny or me. Then I want you to follow it. Make that commitment. I have a daily schedule for my Incurables Program. I couldn't remember everything without it. So I'm not asking you to do anything I don't do.
Finally, in that schedule, maybe on your lunch break, maybe after work, I want you to get out in the sun for about 15 minutes and walk around barefoot in the grass. Not on the pavement, and not with any shoes or flip flops on. I want you to breathe deeply 10 times when you first get outside, and right before you come back in. I want you to notice how beautiful this planet is we live on. I want you to notice beautiful faces. Babies. Couples in love. Bees. Doodle bugs. The heady scent of roses and honeysuckle. Raindrops on your tongue. Go hug a tree. I'm serious. Go...hug...a...tree. :-)
I just think with you, specifically, we need to go slower (everybody else reading this- y'all ramp it up! lol)and make sure we've got all the bases covered. How do you feel about what I've shared?
