tired too...

Hi FOY - I hear ya!

I have been tired too! It's kind of shocked me because I haven't felt this kind of tired low energy feeling in almost two years. It sucks! It just waves over me in the afternoon. Must take more garden breaks...

The weather...that makes sense!

It hasn't been story where I live, however....but there have been some 'lid' days - you know where it feels like there's a heavy grey lid on the city? Days like that are rare here because it's such a maritime climate (fresh ocean breeze) - and those days reeeally took the wind out of my sails. Just felt sluggish. BUT on Sunday the weather was gorgeous, sunny, blue skies with a bit of a breeze and I felt soooo depressed and tired - slept for two hours during the gorgeous day and just slugged around feeling like a dope! (there ya have it!)

So....who knows...maybe Sunday was especially bad energetically/astrologically? hmmmm...

I'm rambling on now...
