Which cards? The tarot ones?? Who is the person, there were a few, but the one in particular is an old boyfriend turned bad. I did his hypothetical chart. I just moved the planets around until some things made sense from what I know about him. Since I have known him for 12 years I think that it might have been accurate. Then I realized that according to his chart we may have been in another life together. I got so curious. Why did all that stuff happen? He was so evil, I just don't know what the point of it all was. So I wanted to find his birth time.

I emailed the birth certificate bureau. Probably won't even email me back.

What else could I do?
