it is on the birth certificate.
to obtain a certificate you generally have to be the parent/or the person .. or some person with a registered legal proof.

youneed ot write to the state and i belive the county that the birth was recored at and generally there is a fee to obtain a copy.

i forge t what all info youneed ot send to get a copy.. to prove who youare.. ie: your own copy dl and ss # etc..

i amy be wrong , but tha ti smy genral understanding of it..like if you needed a copy in researchign family tree back grounds /family lineage..
then you would need to prove hwo youare connected to teh person..
