Pre-requisite for Coffee Enema?

I know that I need to do Bowel Cleanse and kidney cleanse before the liver flush. Do you know if there're any pre-requisites for the coffee enema? Or pretty much just empty what you ate the day before (whether with SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or ES) and that's it!

P.S. My lower back is getting increasing tight. I ordered Dr.Clark's kidney cleanse, will arrive on Monday. I'm still comtemplating whether to do the coffee enema first or wait for the kidney cleanse.
