I have already fasted and precleansed, So nothing to expell. It's only an hour or so, so there isn't enough time to get any other reaction, for me anyway. Certainly long enough to hold the coffee with it kicing out. After that I am expelling and rinsing anyway.

In a day can go through a gallon of saltwater when I am REALLY cleansing. (standard concentration of 2 tsp per quart)

If you look at the Master Cleanse, it's a daily morning ritual, for the 10 days or more that you are doing it.

[EDITED NOTE: I had posted 2 tbsp per quart - WRONG - it's 2 teaspoons per quart - I had ES on my mind]
