Not familiar with the MC. I'm in no condition to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with my distressed kidney anyways. I'll stick with the ES (2Tbsp per Qt). I find it very difficult to drink 1Qt of liquid in one go. I have to force myself to do that :(.
