Re: Coffee Enema: No more than 3 cup

Whatever mood I'm in. I usually do one. I'm still experimenting. So, when close together, I'll wait about an hour, since i also usually have a secondary expell within that hour. And, maybe a quick 1-2 cup plain water rinse before the second one. I've also just waited until the next morning. Nothing is gospel, here. Do one, see how it goes.

I started to do extensive cleansing beforehand, just to isolate the effects, so that I knew whatever I expelled was the result of the coffee. And, unlike a liver flush, so far, I get the exact same results every time, which is just additonal sedimentation. Just don't know what it is or where it was hiding.
