Did you order the IF#2 from me? (not that I care where you get it, but I never received an order/email of which I'm aware). 'Sounds like a YUMMY juice combo for juicing. When juice FASTING, I recommend a varied juice 'menu' so that our body can get all the various nutritional aspects of many times of juices...heavy on the carrot & beet, and as many 'dark green leafies' as you can tolerate.

For the dark-green-leafies, I generally juice a 'mixed pint' of kale, parsely, spinach (and wheat grass, if I have some growing/ready), and then put a teaspoon/tablespoon of that in every jar of juice I make/blend. If you don't know how to 'juice in jars', here's how:
