I agree with you that's why I say look into it carefully before you do anything , I did this myself both for Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and for Iodine, I knew what I was doing, I took it very slow and never took the amount recommended by Jim Humble,
rather I did what suited me and it worked without any lasting problems. Same with iodine.
Perhaps not everyone can do this but I think your better off than going to a doctor who may do worse.
MMS and Iodine are both so much safer than you think as long as you use a bit of sense.
I don't use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement now and I wouldn't recommend it either
exept maybe as a last resort
