Hello Iloveamma,

Unfortunately, the ratio is not even for diluting from one concentration to the other.

A level teaspoon holds about 5 ml. If you place 1 teaspoon of the 22.4% sodium chlorite solution in a glass and add 3.5 teaspoons of water, you would come close. You would end up with 4.5 teaspoons of a 4.98% sodium chlorite solution.
