don't use saline spray with "benzalkonium chloride" in it... it can really irritate your sinuses... it's ok for just nasal passages for most peeps, but for peeps like us with sinus issues it's no good.... Use either the Ayr gel or "Simply Saline"... they have no preservatives that could irritate you further... Even Ayr's nasal spray has benzalkonium chloride in it... but the gel is cool...
