Re: I think I have found my answer--or at least my problem.
Uhhhh... sorry to disagree, but the notion that your sinuses are reacting to "too much oxygen" sounds rather silly and naiive.... All sinus issues are due to allergies... or bad plumbing.... or a fungus issue... or chemical irritants in your environment.... or a combo of some or all of those four things.... Those things cause your ostia to swell, as well as your nasal passages, so your breathing becomes restricted and your mucus can't drain from your sinuses properly.... Sure,
Liver Flushes help, because they help to flush out the toxins and alleviate your ALLERGIES.... DEFINITELY keep doing those, but look around at your environment to see what else may be causing you to have reactions... that's a little more difficult to do with
food sensitivities , but you can test that stuff out all the same...
Also -- make sure you are hydrated... most peeps don't drink enuff water, and that only makes sinus problems worse...
Don't fail to see the forest because of the trees... Don't try to get too deep with this... It's a fairly simple process, this sinus function thing... I spent many years looking for the "mysterious link" to explain my problems... only to find that it was allergies all along... Had I addressed my allergies and improved my lifestyle in the first place, I probably wouldn't have had to get sinus surgery myself.... Look for the obvious things... the stuff that's right in front of you...
Just my two bits...
