I just had my 6th and last sinus surgery , this is too painful and ineffective a process for me and the new ent says its only a temporary fix anyway ... the only good news is there was no infection at all in the sinus ..I had prior to surgery been irrigating with a solution i mixed up....as follows : in two quarts clean water (ro) ..1/2 oz. 3% hydrogen perxoid ,,,1/4 teaspoon graprfruit seed extract..1 oz white vinager...1/4 tablespoon Sea Salt ....I use 2 irrigator tips 1. the grossan tip 2. the dsi irrigator from ethicare (you have to have had prior surgery to use this one)cause its long... the irrigation was the only changes i made prior to surgery so i believe its the reason i was clear...... hope this helps you as much as it does me ...mahalo michael Tweet
