Get rid of them. Adenoids are worthless and will swell during an allergy attack. I had mine removed and my throat closed up horribly from an allergy attack.The DR at the ER said I would have choked to death if my adenoids had been in there. I will have my tonsils out with my next polypectomy. And that is it. I won't be having more after that. I will drastically change my diet. Tweet
