I could never get mad at anyone on this forum...never again!
My brain was pretty fried in the past and spouted off easily.I am much better now..;) I betcha a lot of people going thru detox can be pretty unpleasant!

I will do it. Yes I am still on it and preparing to come off been on it since Nov. last. I think it is a brilliant plan, coming of that stuff is so scary because u never know what you are going to get. I should fast too.
I was also thinking to add raw diary to my diet I have been reading so many great things about it.
I think GrZ and wombat know about it! Do ya'll worry about parasites and such...what if you could put Iodine in it maybe kill some bad stuff?????
