This is my opinion and really doesn't count but.......if you are using more than one tsp of salt it can burn.......I wouldn't know about the CS...

My problem was inflammation and the burning was a small die off reaction because the ACV/GSE kills fungus ( I know my sinus is growing fungus)

Your inflammation could be a completely diff problem. However normally sinus inflammation is the result of blood eosinophils pouring into the area to kill bacteria/fungi. Unfortunately this action also causes inflammation.
