SJS, thank you so much for your reply and email! I really appreciate your time and effort in helping me. There's a lot of info there to think about! I've been using a neti pot with 1/4 salt in 8 oz of water. I have also tried grapefruit seed extract in neti pot (4 drops in 8 oz water) - which gave me a bad sore throat. It seems though that the neti pot makes my congestion worse. Isn't that strange? Anyways, I'm also taking stinging nettle mixed with quercetin. That hasn't seemed to help. I just bought an ionic breeze quadra (by sharper image)and it seemed to help a tad bit but not enough. I was wondering what brand of collodial silver would you recommend for use in a neti pot?
