The best advice I can give you is to read through the archives of the Ask Andreas Forum . He does not post his liver cleanse here on curezone, but offers his Liver Flush instructions for download on www.1stbooks.com for $7 the book is called "the amazing liver cleanse" Andreas has mentioned that he used to offer the free instructions, but too many people did the flush without following all instructions, including the colonic at the end.

It is similar to The Clark Flush , but with more detail and explanation, and a strong recommendations for colonics. I did The Clark Flush at first, but had toxicity issues becuase I did not follow with a colonic as I was too embarressed to get one. it was stupid, the colonic cleans out acidic waste like nothing else can.

Anyway, having lived through sinusitis and recovered, i would say its due to back ups in the body waste elimination and detoxification pathways... lymph blockage, caused by weak overburdened liver, bad digestion. Check out andreas' info, it will all make sense to you after awhile, especially if you try the flush.
