Sorry to hear that the "upside down sinus flooding" did not help you.

It sounds like your sinuses are really plugged. Were you able to get any of the peroxide/baking soda/salt into your nasal passages or sinuses, or did it just flow back out your nostrils?

Was it very uncomfortable?

Once again, sorry to hear about your sinus misery. Best of luck in finding a cure!
