I am not so sure how much I weigh now, but I do know that I don't wear a size 16 NO MOre, no more xxxl, xxl, xl size clothes- they are all out the door!

I fit in a 33 inch jeans, but that is not my goal size so I have extended my fast for up to 12 more days and then that will be my final, I will start toning my body and I will continue to work on my 4 pack.

My goal is to be a 27 - 29 inch waist! I am almost there!

I feel so good and light. I can't believe I can wear any shoes without the tight feeling on my feet . My swollen fat feet are gone!!

I will keep you posted on 03/09/09 my final pic. Then I want to join a "Strength Training" fitness for women forum to learn how to build and tone the body naturally - I will miss all of you on here though.
