Well, I'll tell you this. I bought a brand new white business style jacket over a year ago from JC Penny size 6. I tried it on and it fitted, but with no extra room. That was yesterday with having 5 days to go. So I am looking forward to fitting into a 4/5 in 4 more days from now. I got the basic outfit out to get into so I can take the final fasting picture of me on 3/09/2009. It'll be nice to drop a size by then , actually "Lovely".

I still haven't ordered my new scale yet with the body fat percentage included. So I'll have to wait when I take my two year old to the doctors on 3/11/09 and I'll hope on the scale and see what I weigh. My guess will be 134-137lbs. - We'll see!

I will eat very lightly so I know I won't gain back an ouce lol! In addtion I will burn off what I eat through excersize and strength traing , so I will pretty much weigh the same on the 9th as the 11th- I will report my weight- because I can't weight to know my self- What a surprise it will be!!!

Oh Yes! I know what a good feeling that is to be in the 100's from the 200's- oooooh what a good feeling- and that's what made me keep going and going and going! I kept saying to myself when I went down to 206lbs, I said I am almost out of my 200's, I just need to get out of my 200's, then next thing you know I was 197lbs and was so happy- then the rest is history!

Yup! Keep talking your small (in increments) weight goals outload and to yourself and in your mind and heart and watch it all come to pass. Because with myself, I can't imagine nothing any other way!

I do have a plan to tone up ( get leaner) and get my flat stomach with a 4 pack. The funny part is I'll have a four pack with stretch marks LOL!!!! Picture THAT!!! In the future I guess I'll be working on getting stretch mark removal from a doctor here in NY. I'm giving myself up to 2 months to see my dream lean tight and fit body!!!
