I made my 40 Day Finish Line- I'm Extending my FAST to a more Glorious experience...

Hello everyone!

I have made my 40 day Finish line! My kids call me skinny. I still have fatty tissues though.

I am happy, but I will be even more happy and feel more please when I go the extra mile! I have decided I don't want to stop today and make a new plan to lose the rest of my remaining weight. I'll keep going, and that way I will focus only on maintance, which has been a BIG dream of mines for years!!! I am tired of trying everything to try and lose weight and then that stupid plateau hits and everything goes in slow motion etc. Well as you know I did the first 18-19 days on water, 70 calorie shakes by Andrew lessman, I popped some sunflower seeds in my mouth and had some Sugar free candies to suck on, and then the remaining days all water and when I needed something I would squeeze some juice of the grapefruit down my throat. Now I will do up to 12 more days WATER ONLY...

I'm extending my fast 8-12 days!

I am looking forward to get into my size 4 jeans and tone up really well with some slight muscle tone to my entire body. I really want a 4 pack too. I have been working on that for over a month now.

I WILL POST MY FINAL PIC ON 3/09/09 AND I GUESS THIS WILL BE THE END.

I REALLY THANK GOD FOR GIVING ME THE EXTRA STRENGTH I NEEDED AND AFTER A WHILE IT FELT LIKE I WASN'T SACRIFICING OR MISSING OUT ON NOTHING AT ALL.
