I'm trying to remember my first three days... ummm

Oh, ok. It was motivating for me cause I was ready to get started. I had my flavorable shakes out, my water, etc. I really didn't get the bad detoxing type headaches. But I was prayerful and hopeful, each day I would notice a big difference in my overall health and figure and this was enough for me to say to myself " Keep going gurl, Only better results lye just ahead!!!". So I keep going and it feels so good that I'm giving my body a needed total cleansing with light excersize and strength training. I was so happy I am giving my body a new fresh beginning, and then next thing you know I was at day 20, and then I turned to all water and the headaches came, I prayed for relief and it was gone in 2 days. I saw and felt a big difference in my health and body and for this alone I know I had to just finish my course! Now I went beyond and feel and look better than ever!

You will do just fine! :-) Just make the first step, believe and meditate on good thoughts that will take you to the next level in your weightloss goal and don't forget to put prayer in it!
