So, I don't have hypothyroid but hyper/hypo-parathyroid? I have a lot of upper back, neck and shoulder issues as well as carpel tunnel, tennis elbow, etc. Old injuires kept on deteriorating, and progressively getting worse. I'm not surprised that it has finally taken a toll on my parathyroid.
The Calcium Shell pattern (posted by JustinL) seems to fit my reports better.
