I used to consume hi Ca/Mg food such as milk and wheat germs everyday. I also consumed seaweed (3/4 times a week) and sushi (at least once a week) on a regular basis. Stopped for a year, no change in Ca nor Mg. I still do a lot of seaweeds (only from Japan) and have limited my seafood intake to twice a week since the heavy metal blood and hair tests. I suspect the heavy metals are causing the malabsorption of Ca and Mg.
