Thoughts: Iodine I believe can be partially gotten if you like greens so at the risk of taking in a little sesame seed oil, I like "ocean salad" sometimes called "seaweed salad". I haven't read that far about the Iodine but I do have the Iodoral Iodine tablets from http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/
that I've used on and off after reading on the Iodine Supplementation forum. There's a huge amount of information about how there used to be more Iodine in our soil and daily diets which is no longer there and how women especially need more iodine. I think I'll start taking some as it's been awhile.
I think (but not sure) that Iodine may also be in some dietary nutrition supplements such as Miracle Greens, a product I was thinking of getting again at my local health food store. It makes for a good morning drink and certainly is high nutrition for the calories. :)
