Vitamins


Following this Eat To Live program, I know that a multi vitamin is suggested.

I have been taking a Womans daily multi, but I want to make sure I am getting exactly what my body needs in regards to B12 and other vitamins.

I also read that on a no salt diet, we still need that iodine, how is this available, I did not see Iodine in my multi.

Now, if i sound like a dunce, I apologize, but vitamins and mineral supplements is all new to me.

What do you use?
