Hi Jackie, I have done a couple of good posts over on Water Fasting, one of them has a link to this site http://www.ccmhi.org/drfuhrmanaudtiocollection.htm
which has links to all of Fuhrman's audio files on Nutritional excellence, I have been playing them today when working out. I downloaded all 47 files.

The second teleconference from the top (scroll down to see the teleconferences) is called "Nutritional Supplementation - Should we take supplements and why? Is a high nutrient diet sufficient? What supplements should we avoid?". I am sure there will be something of interest in that.

From memory of what I have read elsewhere, I think he said there may be potential problems with the B group when doing veggies I think, maybe B12. I don't take multivitamins now, but if I did I would probably just take a general or generic multi vitamin, or maybe a B12 one. I think you will probably find them in your local store. But check that audio out. Be good and work out when you listen to it, and if you do please let us know what he says :)
