I have the flu so all my research time spent reading has ceased for the time being. For the last nine years, ever since my third spine surgery, but first cervical surgery, that I easily get sick. And this common cold/flu is all to common to me year after year. It lingers on and on and on. Then a brief break, and sick again.

Anyway, the other night around 3am was searching through piles and piles of Work Comp and medical records for one document. While searching I found a document that listed some of the meds I was on way back in late '90s early 2000s--Notice I was on Xanax and others that you stated, like the generic valium, are not good for ya. I am now reading through the link above that you provided.

I have much more to read through here from others. I noticed there is a link to a "juicer" recommendations too--thank you. This is a very foreign world to me. A friend of mine from Washington is emailing me info too about juicing. She is new to that world, but not new to the world of natural health for lack of better term. She has cancer and is fighting it with all her might.

OK. Going to read on.
