Agreed. I'm pretty sure that it was tension and stress that was causing my neck pain, but doc led (I guess I was willing to go; well, not really though. Lost in the raging flow confused)to believe need double-fusion neck surgery. No herniated disks in cervical, but still thought it was necessary. Oi. Can't turn back the clock, though wish I could, I miss surfin' soooo much.

Did you recommend a juicer? If not, do you use one? Too many choices and I ain't have the time to read all the reviews about this and that one even though I have here and there over last week.

I still have to figure out what flush to use. Lots of differin' opinions. I led to believe too late to save gallbladder. If I do it, gots to go the route of the laser procedure. Don't want to do it...
