Gallbladder/Liver Flush & Best Juicer: Help Currently needed

I'm new to this world, I'm very ill and am told I need my gallbladder removed because of calcified gallstones. This flushin' this is scary indeed, yet, sense of hope there too. I have all ready have had five major spine surgeries, and to no avail, have they at all made the pain and sufferin' dissipate, indeed, only magnified the spreadin' disease and buldges and stenosis and cervical headaches that send me away to ER land over and over. After of years of being on Actiq, Work Comp, sent me to detox, it was the next morning, Feb 6 '07 that the hell of stomach, colon, bowels, all of it and buring fire, began.

No Gallstones seen early on while in ER for the digestive (bowel refused to void) problems. First told had Pancreatitis. Keep have these attacks of terrible pain, that worse than the normal pain, but no Pancreatitis found again in ER--can't void. Eventually given prescription fiber, then after serveral months, 1 tble spoon became three and Pancreatic enzymes prescribed.

At some point in '07, calicified Gallstones found in gallbladder. How many and what size I don't know yet because only as of a couple weeks ago did my Gastro become aware of the MRI or Ultrasound from hospital--they failed to send it to him back then.

I'm terrible ill everyday. I don't want another frickin' surgery. Yet, perhaps it's too late.

I have read here that this Hudla (I cannot remember this person's name presently) should be in jail. I have recipes of several other cleanses. Still, don't want to destroy my body anymore than it has all ready been.

Any of ya, have a direction I might follow, or is there no direction home?

Any advice, any recipes, any recommendations on what juicer to buy, or should I not use juicer but special blender as some claim.
