Hello scott760 when you post you can scroll up to see the previous post that you are responding to.Yes I do juice usually 2-3 times a week and I blend every day.Sounds like youve got allot of negative issues in your health and vitality which needs your complete focus.Chronic pain that goes on long term will overwhelm your nerve force vitality and bring great Depression unto whomever faces such negative issues.There is much work for YOU to do to regain all that has been stolen from you.There is no magic bullet but there is plenty you can do to start easing the pain.I would reccomend posting in doc sutters forum for he is much more learnd in helping people with pain related issues.There is no such thing as pain or problems,only agitation and issues are in the now and can be dealt with.Drugs will only make things worse than they are now.One can be pain and problem free,the only way to escape agitation and issues is through non-exsistance.May the living god bless you with a complete restoration of health and vitality.Jeff.
