Every time I read a list of health symptoms I say, "Hey that's me." I'm going to be a hypochondriac if I don't stop that.
I've found that magnesium chloride from sea water, Magnesium Oil, is the best for me. I mean that it seems to be the best one that my body handles. Magnesium citrate is good too. I suspect that each individual could name a different form of magnesium as their favorite. I wonder if there are any that are just not bioavailable at all.
