needing help bad!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with BBO on and off for 8 years now (Fecal/Fish Smell). I have tried everything on this forum that don't work Cooper Chlorphyllin/Activated Charcoal, Champex (HOAX), I was 180lbs now I'm 140lbs (Within 8 months)due to eating only fruits, Salads & vegetables. Everytime I eat anything like Meats,Sweets,Potatoes, Etc(SMELL HORRIBLE). I don't consume to much dairy products at all only once in a while when I crave it (Smelly the next day). I just went to a Gasto Doctor and had all types of tests. I feel I got NO results just everything is fine just Polyops (nothing serious), No H Pyloria Bacteria Present, My Liver is enlarged (He say due to the extreme weight loss). I just feel like he didn't know how to help and everyone there held their noses the whole time and open the windows (IT'S WINTER AND IT WAS SNOWING OUTSIDE). I have been using Oxypowder (Oxygen Based Intestinal Cleaner) to clean my intestines, eating Salads and fruits like mangos, pears, melons and certain vegetables. I drink a GALLON of water a day and PURE Cranberry Juice (Expensive)the smell is still here and my Urine Smells HORRIBLE (Nothing seems to work). I just started a parasite Cleanse and will follow that by a Liver Cleanse.I need a good ph balanced soap I tried Oil of Olay, Nutregena,Dove and it makes the smell WORSE. I have experienced The Stares, The Nose Holding in the Elevator or on Line in the Grocery Store, No one talking or asking you to go to functions anymore is taking a major toll on my life and I recently got let go from my job and I KNOW it was NOT from any poor work performance!!!! I need my LIFE back or I feel I Might end it. PLEASE HELP. Death seems better then living like this
