Thank You for all the information!

All my cleanses are complete and I'm going to do the following:

1. Eat Healthy - Very Low Choline Diet

2. Jarrow Probiotics

3. B2 Vitiamins

4. Load of Water

5. Use Oxypowder Intestinal Cleanse Weekly

I hope this works until I can get tested for TMAU, Which I will be looking into this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Do you or anyone know how long you are to take the Probiotics?
