I would love to hear what you're doing for your adrenals.
I have hypo/ hashimotos and adrenal fatigue.

I'm currently nursing so my ND said there's not much I can do for my adrenals. I'm on 1 grain of Armour and I to have read that treating the thyroid without addressing adrenals will only make them worse so now I'm concerned . Do I keep nursing??? Or address adrenals. Baby is 7 months old so yes I have probably done better than most by breastfeeding that long but my goal was to nurse for at least 1 year.

Any feedback is very appreciated :)
