get it out now!!!! it is a manipulative piece of crap that IS causing these things for you. If you leave it further symptoms will develop. I was experencing very similar effects, and them suddenly it felt like it was going to kill me if it stayed in. If you check what else I have written you will see that It suddenly gets really bad in a short period of time. Don't wait, I just wish I had found all this info months ago.
my husband took mine out, because the doctors are very disbelieving and blarzae about the whole subject, and in our town they don't remove them.
In twelve hours I already have stopped snapping at every little thing and feel as though I have a brain again.
