I just copied the recipe to the top of the forum but eliminated the flax seed as they should never be cooked. Flax must be taken raw. I will try this myself tomorrow and let you know how I like it. I do not have sorghum flour and will have to substitute. Although sorghum is a good flour, I do not have it here. Bob's makes good sorghum and I get tapioca flour from him. So your question about tapioca flour, i use that all the time but not corn flour or corn starch. Tapioca can be substitute for corn flour 2 to one. So 2 T of tapioca to 1 T of corn flour. I try to stay away from corn.
