Excellent thing to bring up Trysten, bravo. Yes diet 103 lesson is how we are eating our foods. Fruits always on empty stomach, That is why first thing in the morning good time for fruit smoothie. Follow the chart and learn how to eat. No meat with rice or potatoes. You eat eat with veggies. Rice with veggies. Never eat rice and bread together. Its either rice , potatoes or bread.

How could I forgotten.
