Everyone has choices, read, read , read. The news today is testifying to what I am speaking. Processed meat a strict no, no. Red meats no more than the size of your fist once a week. Milk and sugar are the main causes of cancer, millions of articles. Switch to sea salt. Fish is full of poisons even Budwig 50 years ago was yelling this. Cayce, said maybe. Veggies and fruits only if you have good ones. Absolutely no hydrogenated oils, margarines and enriched flours.

Look guys, I can't force you to follow my diet, just suggestions. If we are sick not today or tomorrow but the wear and tear comes in years from now. Yes, there are some who live a long life but you have to look at the entire diet. Maybe a person is drinking milk and they eat nothing all day but fruit and veggies ok, good. Maybe a person has an occasional fish steak and has a salad and olive oil. Good. But when we are eating fried eggs and bacon for breakfast and hamburger and fries for lunch and that big Paella for supper. Danger, danger, danger.
