If only eating veggies makes you feel good, then go for it. If working in fish and dairy makes you feel good, then go for it.
I personally am not a vegetarian. I love veggies big time. But I also enjoy eating meat and fish and dairy. If ever my health goes bad again, I will look into other how my diet will affect how I feel and if eliminating certain foods will be me healthy again, then I would change what I eat in a minute.
