I'm glad to have found the exercise forum - once I miss a day or two of my daily walk around the 3 acres of woods I live on, on top of a mountain, with my dog and cat, it is easy to get out of the habit. And they love the walk. I've also discovered Dahn Yoga (http://www.dahnyoga.com/) - a wonderful combination of yoga (3 days a week) and Tai Chi (2 days a week), and channeling God's healing energy.
I discovered MBT shoes 3 years ago - I have the sandals and tennis shoes with the rocker bar in the middle, and 5 kinds of insoles. They are by far the best shoes I've ever had! I had the sandals re-soled twice, then just bought another pair. I wear them even in the winter, and the tennis shoes for hiking and if the snow's too deep for sandals.
