Hi Willow, it's nice to see another poster! :)

I'm kind of surprised that there isn't more talk of exercise on CureZone, as I believe it is a very important part of being healthy. In fact, the more you exercise, the less strict you have to be about eating habits because it burns more toxins. I don't mean it enables a diet of junk food, but for those like me who don't want to give up meat, dairy, and cooked foods, exercise helps to balance it out. I think CureZone needs more people to talk about exercise along with nutrition when it comes to healing.

Those shoes look interesting, I've never seen them before. It's cool that they can make a shoe that helps make walking more effective. I prefer exercise videos over walking because I enjoy the more complex moves that target every area of the body. Exercise helps me feel better too, my energy has increased greatly since I started. I love the feeling of almost electric energy flowing through my body once I start moving.

I'm self-employed also, but I work at home, which is partly why I've gained more weight recently. However, working at home does make it easier to fit my workouts into my schedule, so I'm grateful for that.

Good luck with your fast, I am currently fasting one day a week, drinking little or no water for that day. I just started at the same time I started exercising, so I don't know yet if it is helping me. I have a hard time trying to do longer fasts.
