Yes if you can do a fast for 7-10 days or more and not have any emotional issues with food, I think you can lose weight very easily by fasting. Once you get past the hunger stage it is fine. Also you may get some silly cravings, but you will know it's not hunger. I did for coffee and curry, that was probably about 10 days into my first fast. Go back and look at my posts between November 14 2007 and for 27 days thereafter to find out when. I think it was the first fast.
Be prepared also for the aching legs, back, thighs. Ohhhh, how about the smoking? Gonna try and kill two birds with one stone?
