From reading your previous posts I see that you are fasting to lose weight. Today is my first day so I'm not bored yet but I'm pretty hungry lol.
Before I started my fast I got in the right frame of mind to give up the food, I kept telling myself that when Monday came I would not be eating anymore until I felt it was the right time to eat. I'm also fasting for weight loss, I'm planning on doing several short fasts and eating properly between fasts. I believe that anything we do in life can be accomplished if we set our minds to it. It really is mind over matter.

Whenever you feel like quitting take a look at him and tell yourself you can accomplish the same thing. My outlook is, food is always going to be there and when I've reached my goal weight I will be able to enjoy it again. One of the things I will accomplish with my fasting is to change my eating habits. If we fast to lose weight and go right back to the same old way of eating, in my case, not very good at all then we will end up right back where we started.
I wish you every success with you're fasting, just remember to listen to you're body and keep you're eyes on the prize, a normal weight for yourself and a healthy lifestyle.
