I'm glad that you understand what I was trying to say. Your last paragraph sums it up. This isn't just about Lauray, she has already made her mind up and closed off people like me who disagree with her. This is about the readers who may not know better and might follow her example. Bottom line, her posts are undermining the fact that fasting should be taken seriously.
