Itching all over the body

Hello all,
I have itching all over my body and seems to be coming from my butt. The last 4 stool tests showed no parasites or ova. The dermatologist doesn't want to do skin scrapings because there are no red bumps. It is not morgellons and there is nothing to be seen by the naked eye. I took many different Antibiotics over the past many months since i was diagnosed with blastosis hominis in March '08. I have been taking the probiotics to hopefully bring back the friendly bacteria. Does anyone else have itching all over? I used to own birds, so i don't know if i caught something from them. I sometimes bathe in the scabieskiller.com oil bath and it helps, but it is no cure. I know it can't be scabies because there are no red bumps. I have had a few big white pimples and got one scraped and it came back as staph infection and they gave me 10 days of cipro. I am puzzled, this itching has been going on for 1 year and it causes extreme anxiety. I take anxiety meds and norco for pain for fibromyalgia. any clues? Thank you so much,
